Meet Tosha

I’ve spent my career supporting Relationship Managers and Brokers through their clients' professional transitions in the financial industry. I took a sabbatical to pause, reset, and focus on what truly matters; learning firsthand the importance of rest, reflection, and intentional change.
Being a daughter, granddaughter, mother, and grandmother has shaped how I honor legacies. I know the value of holding space for memories, family traditions, and meaningful keepsakes. That’s what inspired me to create Nourishing Legacies, helping others preserve what matters most and transform everyday objects and stories into something lasting and meaningful.

My mission is simple: to guide you through life’s transitions, honor your story, and share your legacy if you desire that, in a way that feels intentional and uniquely yours.

Nourishing Legacies grew from the intersection of personal experience and professional insight as well as curiosity and creativity. I recognized a need for compassionate, organized support during life’s big transitions; someone to coordinate the many details, help make decisions with clarity, and preserve the stories behind the things we hold dear so they don't get lost or tossed in transition.

What started as a desire to honor my own family’s legacy through tea and handmade products evolved into a service that supports others, I wanted it to be more than just a product. My role is to help you work through life transitions with ease and preserve memories thoughtfully.

At Nourishing Legacies, I walk alongside you through life transitions, helping you manage the details so you don’t have to do it all. While I don’t handle the physical move itself, I support everything around it. My goal is to ease the overwhelm, honor your story, and help you move forward with clarity, care, and intention.

The one-hour free consultation is a focused, supportive working session designed to bring clarity, relief, and direction. Whether you’re navigating a family or home transition, feeling overwhelmed by your space, or seeking a thoughtful way to preserve memories, this time is intentionally structured to meet you where you are. Before we meet you’ll complete a brief intake form that helps us understand your situation, goals, and any emotional or logistical considerations. This allows our time together to be meaningful, efficient, and respectful of your energy.

At the end of our consultation I will send you a written plan of action and bid in which 50% of the project would be due to begin.

This work can bring up emotion. That’s okay. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Clarity often begins with one intentional conversation so please reach out for your free 1 hour consultation.

With gratitude,
Tosha
