We have a pop up cart with home made local  products, located at the corner of

15th St and Fowler St in Mount Vernon, Washington

The cart is a pop up so there are no set days/times, although you will never see it out on Sunday.

We have a pop up cart and little free library located on the corner of 15th St & Fowler St in Mount Vernon, Washington.  Hours vary and items available will vary, it is meant to add a little sunshine to your day and a fun stop in the Hillcrest neighborhood.
