• Questionnaire: A detailed questionnaire to capture specific memories, thoughts, likes, dislikes, any particulars as well as the chosen charitable organization that will be donated to on behalf of the namesake. A high quality image of the namesake is to be submitted with the questionnaire. (digital or otherwise, we are flexible and convert if needed)

Custom Blend Creation

• Selection of Ingredients: Based on the consultation, a unique blend of herbs, spices, flowers, and other botanicals is selected.

• Expert Blending: I will personally create the custom blend, balancing flavors, aromas, and desired effects

Sample Tasting

• Initial Samples: The client receives a initial sample of the custom blend to taste and provide feedback. (1 sample test/adjustment included with the purchase, additional samples/adjustments will require a fee)

• Adjustments: Based on feedback, the blend is adjusted to perfect the flavor, aroma, and overall experience.

Packaging

• Customized Packaging: The tea is packaged in customized packaging, which includes the Legacy Foods branding, a product name label inspired by the legacy questionnaire provided, net weight of the product and category.

• Information Labels: Packaging includes information about the blend, ingredients, brewing instructions, charitable donation details and any special messages.

Final Blend Production

• Batch Production: Once the blend is finalized, a case is produced for the client.

• Quality Assurance: The final product undergoes quality checks to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.

Delivery

• Shipping Options: The finished product is delivered to the client within 5 days of final production.

• Subscription Services: For clients who desire additional ongoing delivery of their product by the case, this can be arranged at a 10% discount of the retail price of the final product.
